Last night I got myself locked out of my apartment. Shi… happens! Never had to call a locksmith before …well there's a first thing for everything! I was waiting for the technician just 15-20 minutes and there he was. Dan quickly got me into my place. Called LOCKS AND SAFE BRONX and scheduled Ben to come out and replace an old gate lock with a new electronic handle keypad lock I bought. Ben was friendly and price was fair and reasonable!
Today was my first time locksmith service call and let me tell you Dan was amazing, made a very stressful situation so very easy for me!!! Dave from Locks & Safe Bronx installed new Schlage Encode smart deadbolt and handle locks on our front door, Dave was very punctual and came out right on time, explained how the locks operate and helped us set up the app on our phones. He was very patient and answered all of our questions and didn’t leave until we were absolutely comfortable using it. The price was what we have been quoted before he came and really happy with the results, thanks a lot guys.
