Two weeks ago, I was messing around with a new smart lock trying to see how difficult it would be to install it by myself.
Through the installation process, I messed up the existing lock and I wasn’t able to install the new on!!!  ☹.
I called these guys and 15 minutes later Dan came to help me out. Half an hour later problem was solved, and I had a new smart lock on my door. He also made the extra mile and install the app on my smart phone.  Thank you so much Dan!

What an excellent service! I lost my keys while jogging (couldn’t hear them falling cause I was listening to music).
Dave came out after 20 minutes I called these guys - LOCKS AND SAFE BRONX ! He unlocked my house rekeyed all the locks. His pricing was excellent, and he cut me 2 extra keys with no charge… such a great guy! Thank you Dave!
