Now I know why this business is a 5 star ratings.  I called Locks & Safe Bronx and told them I wanted a new handle set on my front door, It is an old one and had an old-fashioned design. Ben the technician got back to me to make the appointment, so I sent him a photo of a designed handle set that I found online. He was very patient and super friendly over the phone. The appointment was set for the following day. Ben arrived by 10:00am the next day, just as promised.   And he already had the particular handle set with him.  That’s perfect I said!!! The price was the same price as it was online.  He set it up quickly, and it works perfectly.  I am so happy I called Locks & Safe Bronx and happier that they sent Ben.  I already  recommended him to all of my friends.  Thank you very Ben!

Ben did such a great job. He is a life saver in my book! I was locked out of my car at a gas station close to 1 am. Luckily, I had my phone on me. I called 5 or 6  locksmith companies that say they're 24/7 and no answer. Finally, I got Ben from Locks & Safe Bronx on the phone. Jonathan from Locks & Safe Bronx came to my apartment and fixed a problem I had with my deadbolt for a long time. Each time I insert the key into the lock it got stuck and I was only able to get it out after great efforts. Not only that he fixed the problem, he also rekey both doorknob and deadbolt and made me 2 new copies. Great guy very professional at affordable price! Definitely recommend him!
