Two weeks ago, I was messing around with a new smart lock trying to see how difficult it would be to install it by myself.
Through the installation process, I messed up the existing lock and I wasn’t able to install the new on!!!  ☹.
I called these guys and 15 minutes later Dan came to help me out. Half an hour later problem was solved, and I had a new smart lock on my door. He also made the extra mile and install the app on my smart phone.  Thank you so much Dan!
